I'm an I/O Psychology researcher and my primary research interests are:  

  • Artificial Intelligence Tools

  • Person-Occupation (P-J) Fit

  • Individual Difference Development and Change

 

Through rigorous quantitative methods, I aim to produce high-quality research with practical implications. I have worked as a research and statistical consultant for various organizations, contributing to projects on improving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the education system as well as the workplace. As an educator, I am dedicated to fostering inclusive a safe environment for student engagement. In my personal life, I promote communication between cultures through the art of Chado.
